Corporate background:
Another German-made record being marketed
in England prior to WWI.
Its masters were drawn from the Polyphon
catalogue.
Label scan courtesy of UK music researcher
and collector Bill Dean-Myatt.
|
Design: A
very nicely balanced symmetrical design, with a wiry border
that complements the well-drawn crown logo.
The label name lettering is virtually
identical to that seen on the Butterfly, Encore, Jumbo and Scala labels.
