Design: The flagpole bearing the Union Jack, symbol of the British Empire, is at a very low angle, begging the question: is it in the process of being lowered, or raised? And what would Jack Charman's fortune-telling episode reveal about the coming conflict? By choosing this label name, the German publishers were obviously aware that patriotic sentiment in England was at a very high level, as it was in Germany.
History: A very short-lived and rare label, issued in early 1913 by the Kalliope company of Berlin, to be marketed in England, but war between England and Germany, which broke out in August 1914, put an end to any further business arrangements.
