Corporate background:
The Boy Scout Association, the brainchild
of Robert Baden-Powell (defender of the town of Mafeking during
the Boer War) received its charter in 1910, and soon spread
worldwide.

lines of lettering in the upper segment are enclosed within
scrolls symmetrically arranged around the heraldic-styled Scout
logo, a starred fleur-de-lys above the motto ‘Be
