Design: The label name lettering is influenced by the Art Deco fashion trend in design, showing a vertical inline passing through the geometrically-drawn letters (compare with the contemporary Aerophone label).
History: Label scans courtesy of collector Georg Richter of Germany, who writes: "Colorit, a subsidiary of the Tri-Ergon company, issued totally transparent flexible records in several colours [see alternate scans below], which bore printed labels on both sides. A problem to arise with the material used in the manufacture was that it had a tendency to curl and shrink around the outer edge [see detail below]. Masters from companies in other parts of the world were used, as well as many from the parent Tri-Ergon catalogue." ![]()
