Corporate background:
Launched in 1940, the label was taken over in 1944 by Asch.

It survived into the late 1950s.
Design: Unusual perspective treatment for the main heading, like the much earlier Artista and Odeon labels of the 1920s.

The music staff logo is tastefully done.
