Corporate background:
Launched in 1950 and surviving as an
independent label into the mid-1970s.
The Griffin Brothers combo were one of the
early exponents of rhythm ‘n’ blues.

Design: An
effective use of dots for a border, using simple one-colour
printing with a large size of script.
Black on yellow is the highest-contrasting
of all colour combinations.
