Founded in 1931 as the subsidiary of a
publishing house, King Record became an independent entity in
the 1950s and is still active today.
Design: Japanese
recording companies often featured photographs of the artists
on the label, this one positioned over psychedelic-looking
sweeping lines that run off the outer edge.
A design that effectively mixes assymetry
and symmetry.
