According to Wikipedia, the label was
jokingly referred to by some as the ‘Dead Parrot’
(Polly-gone).
Design: A
seldom-seen device of the label name being placed around the
spindle hole, seen also on the Chinese Art-Tune label.
Gold on red is a combination that is often
hard to read.
