Crossroad
Designed for a series of newsletters, and featuring a large x-height with 'Tuscan' or bifurcated treatment (an angled split at the foot of each down-stroke instead of the usual curve). The font had its beginnings in a design called Lincoln (below), designed c. 1984, which was then updated to another called New Lincoln, c. 1988. Superficially, the characteristics of each are similar, but substantial differences in detail exist.
